You may be covered for a Medical Massage through your Major Insurance Plan on an out-of-network basis.
If you do have coverage for medical massage, we will make a copy of your insurance card and DL at time of your first visit.
If your plan does not cover, we do offer a Wellness Membership that offers a more affordable way to begin a consistent treatment plan. Click on the ‘Find out More’ tab for more details.

Currently, there are only a few plans in NY state that cover Massage Therapy based on necessity as determined by your physician and massage therapist.
These are the verification steps to find out if you are covered, and the requirements thereafter. *Most plans have an individual out-of-network deductible that will need to be met.

After an appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation email which will have 2 links attached for intake forms.

You will need a prescription which must include:
-Patients name and Date of Birth
-Diagnosis codes or description
-Prescribed Treatment, Medical Massage or Massage Therapy (Not PT or PhysicalTherapy) -Prescribing physician name, phone #, address, and professional credentials -Date prescription written
-Frequency and Duration of Treatment
